Abstract

The article summarises the conference results along with statistical data on Russian and foreign participants of the Vth International Conference “Actual Scientific & Technical Issues of Chemical Safety” (ASTICS-2020), held on October 6–8, 2020 in online format. An overview of the topics of the presented reports is given. The plenary reports, as well as the reports within the sections, which aroused the greatest interest and discussion, are reviewed in detail. The main trends in scientific research in the field of ensuring chemical safety in Russia and abroad are highlighted according to the research conducted by the conference participants.
