Expert support for transition to principles of Best Available Technologies in chemical industry

Keywords: best available techniques, environmental pollution, expert support.

Abstract

One of the key issues in the transition to a new regulatory system based on the best available technologies is the question of whether the technological processes, equipment, technical methods and methods used by facilities of category I in the implementation of economic and (or) other activities meet the requirements of BAT, and technological indicators - industry indicators of information and technical reference books of BAT. Expert support for these decisions can be provided as part of the BAT expert community. This article proposes approaches to expert support of processes for assessing compliance with the best available technologies, rejecting the use of obsolete and inefficient technologies, and introducing modern technologies in the chemical sector of the Russian economy.
